Engage in mindful movement and bonding with our Family Yoga class, perfect for caregivers and children ages 1-5 to connect and unwind together. Our experienced instructor integrates mindful movements with fun activities such as stories, songs & play tailored for families, promoting connection and physical and emotional well-being. Registration is for one caregiver & one child. Sibling discounted rate available.
